I have shipped LLM features to real customers since 2023, starting with guest messaging for holiday lets. Now I am also building my own products, on a stack I maintain in the open: Magic and Wind for Flutter, Laravel on the backend.
I work with agents the way I would with a team: they plan, write, review and verify code, and background agents check my projects daily and open an analysis when they find an error. The tools that make this work are open source.
Day to day I lead engineering and AI at Yorkshire Trading Company, a UK retailer. Behind it are 12+ years of web, mobile and DevOps.
